This form does need to be completed for new and returning students.

This handbook is referenced in the Continuous Enrollment Form and contains important information about RCA.
Please review the handbook before signing the Continuous Enrollment Form.
Please bring the completed forms to Meet the Teacher, August 12 (9:30 AM to Noon).
Other Items to Note:
Backpack, Lunchbox, and Water Bottle
Every student should have each of these items. Please label each item with your student’s name.
When choosing these items for your student, please be mindful of the below:
We ask that for lunchboxes, backpacks, and water bottles, students refrain from using ones that have references to pop culture (including movie or cartoon characters, movie stars, pop singers, etc.). This helps us keep our attention and conversation on God’s truth, beauty, goodness, and holiness as it is revealed through His Word, world, and pieces of art, literature, thought, and music that have been loved, honored, and passed down throughout the ages.
PE Sneakers
On PE days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, students should bring a pair of sneakers to change into for PE.
If desired, these sneakers may be kept at school in the student’s cubby.
